Can one user work with multiple companies?
Yes. Each company membership has its own roles and site access. Switch workspaces after signing in.
Can one user have several roles?
Yes. Roles combine within their organization and assigned sites. Independent approval rules still apply.
Who can manage company users?
Organization administrators can invite users, assign roles and deactivate membership. They cannot see passwords or administer other companies.
How does the trial work?
Choose a published package, register and verify your email. Your company workspace receives seven days of trial access.
How do I subscribe or renew?
An authorized billing administrator requests an annual invoice from Subscription. The platform team activates access after payment verification.
What happens when access expires?
Existing authorized records remain readable. New work requires renewal; existing permit handback can still be completed.
Can I print reports?
Yes. Open a record and select Print / PDF. Module registers can also be exported as CSV.
Does creating a report submit it to DOSH?
No. Internal records and exports are not regulatory submissions. Your organization remains responsible for applicable reporting procedures.
